Preparação:<br />

Começe por preparar a gelatina conforme as instruções do fabricante. Coloque pedaços de ananás no fundo de cada taça. Coloque a gelatina por cima e leve ao frigorifico até solidificar. Lave muito bem a sapateira e coloque numa panela com água temperada com pouco sal e leve ao lume. Deixe ferver aproximadamente 15 a 20 minutos.<br />
Quando estiver cozida retire a sapateira da panela e deixe arrefecer. Reserve o caldo.<br />
Abra cuidadosamente a sapateira, tire as patas e reserve. Junte ao caldo todo o conteúdo da casca, a caquinha. E triture com a varinha mágica.<br />
Faça um refogado com o azeite, a cebola, os alhos, o tomate sem pele e sementes, os coentros bem lavados e a folha de louro. Deixe apurar.<br />
Entretanto deite num copo o creme de marisco Knorr e duas conchas do caldo de cozedura da sapateira. Misture e junte ao refogado.<br />
Retire a folha de louro, junte mais caldo para cozer a massa e triture com a varinha mágica.<br />
Junte a massa e deixe cozer. Entretando descasque os camarões em crú, reservando alguns com casca para a decoração.Quando a massa estiver quase cozida junte os camarões e deixe cozer. Apague o lume e sirva com as patas da sapateira e delicias do mar.<br />

Forre um tabuleito com rodelas de ananás. Faça a gelatina conforme as instrucções de fabricante e deixe solidificar. Quando a gelatina estiver sólida coloque por cima os palitos la reine embebidos na calda do ananás.Bata as natas em chantilly e coloque por cima. Decore com rodelas de ananás e leve ao frio até hora de servir.<br />

Preparação:<br />

Colocar a gelatina em água fria durante 5 minutos. Depois escorrer e levar ao microondas 30 segundos. Deixar arrefecer.<br />
Bater as claras em castelo, adicionar o caramelo em fio (a gosto) e, batendo sempre, juntar a gelatina derretida. <br />
Bater mais um pouco para ligar bem.<br />
Passar a forma por água fria e verter a mistura na forma previamente caramelizada. Bater bem com a forma na banca para não ficar com bolhas de ar.<br />
Levar ao frio até ficar bem solidificado. Quando tudo estiver pronto ponha a massa num tabuleiro e por cima de massa adicione o queijo ralado.Por cima a carne ja previamente frita e finalmente o queijo fatiado.Leve o preparado ao forno e deixa-se gratinar por 5 minutos.<br />
